Danielle Chun, MPP
Strategy & Partnerships Manager

Danielle Chun (She/her/hers) is a Research and Evaluation Project Manager at the Institute for Community Health. At ICH, Danielle is involved in research and evaluation projects on an emergent immigrant and refugee career pathways model, infectious disease screening tools, and community development impacts and strategies. She supports Dr. Jessica Santos and the Leah Zallman Center for Immigrant Health Research, managing the Empowerment Economics research portfolio there. Prior to joining ICH, Danielle was a research associate at the Institute for Economic and Racial Equity, where she managed the Empowerment Economics portfolio and explored place-based economic empowerment and well-being as a social determinant of health.

Danielle received a BA in economic development from Messiah University and an MPP with a focus on poverty alleviation and immigration policy from Brandeis University’s Heller School for Social Policy and Management. Born in Malaysia, Danielle accordingly loves thinking about food, preparing food, and consuming food. Yelling at English Premier League football players on TV to “do something” is another of her passions, to the visible disapproval of Bulleit, her apartment’s resident Shiba Inu.
