ICED IN: SOCIAL MEDIA TOOLKIT

This toolkit was created to help you get the word out about ICE’s actions and impacts on our neighbors in Massachusetts. The Leah Zallman Center for Immigrant Health Research at the Institute for Community Health analyzed 100 stories of ICE enforcement in Massachusetts in 2025, and found patterns of unnecessary violence and suppression of basic rights.

Below, you will find a variety of ready-to-use and customizable materials to help you quickly and easily communicate about the report. Scroll down for sample media posts and suggested language to take action.

  • LZC collected 100 stories and found that ICE is testing the rule of law and changing the climate of our communities from safety to fear. Massachusetts is ICED IN. Today’s violence stems from ongoing historical structural inequalities, but Massachusetts can prevent and mitigate further harm. We can remain frozen, or we can shift our climate, saying “ICE OUT.”  Read the report here and please share widely!
