Diya Kallivayalil, PhD

Dr. Diya Kallivayalil is the Co-Director of the Cambridge Health Alliance Asylum Program and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. Her clinical specialty is in the treatment of trauma-related disorders. She is a member of the task force for human rights of the American Psychological Association. She has published in the areas of complex trauma, gender-based violence, homicide bereavement and refugee health. She has devoted her career to serving traumatized immigrant and refugee populations.
