Vilma Uribe, PhD '26
Vilma Uribe (she/her/ella) is a PhD student at Brandeis University, researching economic and racial equity for survivors of domestic violence and people of color. She has over a decade of experience working with academic, non–profit, and medical institutions to implement anti–violence community–based programs. Vilma uses research and evaluation to address systemic and legislative barriers that prevent people from achieving economic security and expanding their collective power.
