Training and Technical Assistance
Providing training and technical assistance (TA) is another core feature of LZC’s work. We offer subject matter expertise and training in addition to more general technical assistance at a flat rate per hour, with work streamlined by our TA team. For potential partners interested in having LZC’s consulting expertise on “retainer,” have less defined research and evaluation needs, and/or have a more limited budget and scope, our TA component offers an alternative to the traditional research and evaluation model.
Training and Technical Assistance Projects
LZC is providing technical assistance to the City of Boston Mayor’s Office for Immigrant Advancement’s (MOIA) on their community-based participatory research (CBPR) project to learn more from immigrant residents of Boston about their needs.
Building on prior work together to develop a mental health landscape review, LZC is providing technical assistance (TA) to the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in support of its initiative, Partnerships for Community Health and Immigrant Well-being.
LZC is providing technical assistance to the Massachusetts Immigrant Collaborative (MIC) around developing an evaluation plan and shared metrics, building on work from the previous year.
