ICH is evaluating the Voices for Health Justice program. Voices seeks to build power in communities experiencing health inequities to improve the health care system’s accessibility, affordability, and ability to treat all people with dignity.
ICH provided TA to support the development and refinement of the Language Services Data Tool (LSDT) at Cambridge Health Alliance. The LSDT enables standardized documentation of how language needs are met during encounters with patients who have limited English proficiency.
ICH did a mixed methods process evaluation and developed recommendations for the Complex Care Program at Greater Roslindale Medical and Dental Center.
